ANDIAS GROUP CORP · UPDATED OCTOBER 6, 2026
Fundraiser guidelines
A little planning turns a shared Andias visit into support for your organization. Read these details before reserving and promoting your event.
1. Reserving a date
An adult authorized by the school or organization should reserve an available participating store and date using working contact details. A date is held only when the website confirms success and gives a reference. A submitted form, loading screen or error alone is not confirmation. If email is delayed, keep your on-screen reference and contact us.
2. Purchases, calculation and payment
The organization receives 25% of all purchases by guests identified with its event during the confirmed event hours, excluding tax. Purchases by unrelated customers are not included. A check payable to the organization will be ready for collection after seven business days following the event. The confirmation will explain how purchases are identified. No fundraising amount or tax deductibility of purchases is promised.
For example, $1,000 in identified event-guest purchases before tax produces a $250 contribution. All products purchased by those identified guests participate; we do not apply a separate product-category exclusion. Confirm the event window and an identification method, such as mentioning the event or showing its flyer, with our team before advertising. The date reservation alone does not confirm the time or identification method. The organizer receives the event sales calculation and pickup instructions; contact us about any discrepancy.
3. Changes and cancellations
Reply to the confirmation or email us below with your reference to change or cancel. Do not create a second reservation to change the first. Availability or unforeseen closures may require coordination of another date. Contact the store directly for urgent event-day questions.
4. Responsible promotion
Use event materials and brand permissions agreed with our team. Do not advertise unconfirmed benefits or financial results. An event does not establish tax-exempt status or make customer purchases tax-deductible. Organizations are responsible for permissions and representations required for their own activities. Do not send children’s data or supporter lists through the form.
