The organization receives 25% of all purchases by guests identified with its event during the confirmed event hours, excluding tax. Purchases by unrelated customers are not included. A check payable to the organization will be ready for collection after seven business days following the event. The confirmation will explain how purchases are identified. No fundraising amount or tax deductibility of purchases is promised.

Schools, sports teams, nonprofits and local community organizations can share their proposal. The team will review the request and participation details.

02How is the donation handled?

The current donation percentage appears above. Confirm the event window, eligible sales and donation arrangements with Andias before promoting the event.

03Is submitting this form a booking?

Yes. After a successful submission, your store and date are reserved and you receive a reference. Our team will coordinate the schedule and flyer. If the confirmation email is delayed, your on-screen reference remains valid.
