1. Who is responsible

Andias Group Corp is responsible for this website, central marketing, communications and the information collected through these services. Participating stores may be operated by separate legal entities. We share a request with the relevant store or hiring team when needed to handle it; the applicable store operator is responsible for its own store operations, transactions and employment decisions. This allocation does not waive any rights or responsibilities imposed by law. Contact admin@andiasgroup.com for privacy questions. This notice also covers applications submitted through our shared Andias Group hiring platform.

2. Information we collect

Inquiries: your name, email, any phone number and store preference you provide, message and submission record. Franchise, property and investment inquiries also include your area of interest and proposed market. Do not send card numbers, government identification, health records or confidential business documents in a general inquiry.

Fundraisers: contact details, school or organization, selected store and date, preferred time and duration, optional notes, reservation status and correspondence. Do not submit student lists or children’s personal information.

Applications: enabled fields may include contact details, date of birth, address, languages, job and store preferences, availability, experience, answers and an optional résumé. Applications and assessments are managed through the Andias Group hiring platform. Read the Applicant privacy notice for details.

My Andias: when you request access, we use your email to deliver a one-time website sign-in code and match it to your existing Square customer profile. We retrieve linked rewards balances and purchases directly from Square. We record signed-in website checkout ownership for purchase history. We do not link a rewards account solely because someone enters a phone number, and signing in does not subscribe you to marketing. Essential cookies remember customer sign-in for up to 30 days; verification codes expire after 10 minutes. You can sign out at any time.

Browsing: our systems and hosting providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security or error logs. Browser storage remembers preferences. Optional analytics, if enabled, requires your choice as explained in the Cookie notice.

3. How we use information

We use information to answer requests, coordinate events, review opportunities and applications, send requested confirmations, maintain records, protect the website, investigate misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Optional analytics helps improve the website when permitted by your preferences. An inquiry or application does not enroll you in promotional email or text messages.

Where a law requires a legal basis, processing depends on the context: a requested service or steps before an agreement; legitimate operational and security interests subject to your rights; legal obligations; or consent for optional processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

4. Access and service providers

Relevant Andias staff and the store or team handling your request may receive it. Providers support hosting, databases, file storage, security, email and recruitment processing. Andias Group centralizes applications from participating Andias websites; a submission is not a separate application to every store.

Website infrastructure uses Sites and Cloudflare; transactional email uses Resend. Rewards by phone opens Square’s official Andias loyalty page in a new tab. Square collects and verifies your number on its own site under its privacy terms. This does not create a session on the Andias website. We do not send authentication SMS through Twilio. Checkout sends your selected store, items, options, name, email, phone and order note directly to Square to process the order and payment. If you select delivery and consent to a quote, your address is sent to Uber Direct to check service and pricing. After payment, delivery contact details, instructions and order contents are shared with Uber Direct and its courier to fulfill the order. Delivery references, status and support records are retained as needed for the transaction. Card details are entered directly in Square’s checkout and are not collected by our website. We retain checkout references and payment status for support, security and transaction records. Providers process information needed for their services, which may involve the United States or other countries. We may disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or safety issues, or in a business transaction subject to applicable privacy obligations.

This website does not currently use advertising pixels or sell information collected through its forms. Its optional analytics is not used to build cross-site advertising audiences. External maps, social networks and ordering or loyalty platforms have their own practices when you choose to use them.

5. Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose, request status, recordkeeping obligations, dispute or fraud needs and legal holds. Closing an inquiry does not immediately erase email, backups or legally required records. You can ask us to review retention or deletion. Safeguards include encrypted website connections and restricted staff access, but no website, email or storage system is completely secure. Do not send passwords or highly sensitive information in messages.

6. Choices and privacy requests

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or information about your data. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, an appeal of a decision on a privacy request or a complaint to a regulator. Rights have conditions and exceptions; this notice does not limit statutory protections.

Identify the form you used and its associated email. We may need proportionate identity verification or proof of an authorized representative’s authority. Do not attach identity documents unless we arrange a suitable method. We will handle requests and explain applicable limits within legally required periods. Exercising a privacy right will not by itself result in discriminatory treatment.

Use “Privacy preferences” in the footer to change optional analytics choices. A detected Global Privacy Control signal is treated as refusal of optional analytics. Essential security and requested form processing continue. Browser settings can remove saved preferences or drafts.

7. Children

Our forms are not intended for children under 13. A parent, guardian or adult organizer should contact us for a child’s event without sending children’s personal details. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, contact us so we can review and address it as required.

8. Changes and contact

The date above identifies this notice. Changes to practices may require an update, additional notice or consent. An update does not remove existing statutory rights or authorize an incompatible new use without required notice or consent. Current service availability

Our own online ordering and delivery are currently paused. The payment and delivery processing described above applies only if those services are enabled and you choose to use them; browsing or submitting an inquiry does not request a courier or authorize payment. Existing transaction and support records may still be retained. Fundraiser records include the representative’s authorization, the version and text of the accepted terms, the event and payment records.
